SUMMER READING PROGRAM

Children ages 0-12, Teens ages 13-18, Adults 19 and up

Join Powers Memorial Library’s 2017 Summer Reading Program, Build a Better World! Come to the library this summer for exciting programs and activities, including our Kick-Off Ice Cream Social, Birdhouse Making event, Better You Book Club, Documentary Series, Family Fun Night in the park, and more! Registration begins on June 15th, and patrons of all ages may register at any time throughout the summer.

You can also participate by keeping track of your reading this summer. For every book read, you may enter your name in a raffle to win awesome prizes! Also, don’t forget to ask a librarian how you can earn a chance to win a Kindle Fire!

Attention knitters, crocheters, embroiderers, and all creative minds! The PML Pins and Needles Club meets every second and fourth Thursday of the month in the MakerSpace.
Bring your own supplies and we’ll provide the cozy atmosphere.

MINDFUL MEDITATION

Mondays at 11:00 a.m.

Board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and qualified Meditation Instructor for more than a decade, Rebecca McAllister, will lead these workshops every Thursday evening.

COMPUTER COMFORT FOR BEGINNERS
