Needle felting is now becoming an increasingly popular handicraft. Needle felting is a process which uses barbed needles to interlock wool fibers to form a more condensed material. It can be used to create sculptural objects, as well as wearables and wall art.
You can use needle felting on a fabric cuff to add more color. Needle felt a small heart on to your boring sweater. Does your favorite sweater have a hole in it? You can even use needle felting to decoratively patch that hole!
This hands-on workshop will be led by local mixed media fiber artist, Donna Tronca. Her artwork is nationally known through workshops, art galleries, publications, and MPTV productions.
Materials and supplies will be provided. No cost to attend, but please register! Registration is limited to 15 people. Please call (262)495-4605.
